&lt;P&gt;don't make me tell you!-water. it's boring we all know... but for a few cals. try crystal light.or the new kinda of aquafina it's got diff. flavors but doesn't have ANY CALS.!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;red. bracelet. it's the ana bracelet, &amp;amp; it's like a big red siren. don't let yourself have anyfood with that red bracelet!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;curl up into a ball, trust me i do this all the time, it really does WORK!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i've heard counting to 100, i tried but i didn't really like this one...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;THINSPO book&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;TRIGGER book&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if you want to eat, write down the # of cals. of the stuff you would be eating and at the end of the day, total it and see what all you WOULD have eaten but DIDN'T! i absolutely LOVE this tip!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;get a big bag, or not it depends on your situation. but make a big plate of soft foods like mashed potatoes, applesauce, ect. ect. and put it in a bag, &amp;amp; when ppl are gone or w/e take the bag to the bathroom and flush it, this one is really good too!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;no eating after 7 p.m.! tisk tisk!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP i cannot stress this enough... because! you sleep and burn cals. and you're not being bugged to eat, and your not being tempted to eat, it's sooo great. plus this makes up for some energy you won't have from not eating!&amp;nbsp; i love sleep! 6-8 hrs. MINIMUM&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;during a fast, sleep in AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. because this is precious time you won't have to worry about eating. do this all the time! sleep! &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;cold showers. i've gotten used to them now. and i like them better than hot ones! i truly don't know how many cals you burn but i like 'em!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;eat at the table!!!, so the reality that your eating is there!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;brush your teeth, especially mia's because it prevents your teeth rotting. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;whitening strips!!! why hasn't anyone else said this?! um yeah get whitening strips, they def. work and the gel is&amp;nbsp; wierd and i never wanna eat for like 1 hr. after whitening!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;clean clean clean, be your families mr. or mrs. clean! just find some dirty stuff! it'll keep ya busy, but try not to clean in the evil kitchen!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;sip of water between each bite!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;fast all day before a big meal you know is coming up! that way you won't feel realllllly bad!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;become "vegan" or "vegetarian" trust me this is one way to lose a ton of weight, plus if you don't eat meat, you soon will lose your period. this prolly is why i'm 14 and haven't started mine! i rarely eat meat, i just don't like it. but tell your family you love the animals and stuff and you don't wanna eat them, this will score you food for vegans &amp;amp; vegetarians... which is low-fat &amp;amp; stuff!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;gum, chew chew chew! BUT NOT when your realllllly hungry or around others, because it will tempt you to eat more &amp;amp; also make your stomach growl.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;laxatives!!! for the daring! i'm gonna try it tomorrow!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;diet pills! if you can get your hands on some!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;daily vitamins. keeps your nails &amp;amp; hair healthy, and nice skin!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;cigarettes. i personally don't smoke. it does some pretty nasty crap. but if you want to go ahead, it's totally your choice, and i 100% respect that, just please do not smoke around me! lol&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;NO NO NO!!! FRIED OR BAKED FOODS! the pounds will just keeps piling on!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;green. tea.! haven't tried it, don't like regular tea, but go for it girls!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;have your own seperate section of the refridgerator, or cabinent! how come no one else has thought of this?!?! duhhh! i mean if you go outside of your section, everyone else and you will know! brilliant!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;competition, but don't get mean, we're all just trying to make it, don't diss someone, "encourage" them! we all are strugglin'!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;DIET COKE. 0 CALS.! yummmy too!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;make a BIG to-do list!!! if you do it right, you'll have fun with it!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;snack $?! well save up all that money you'd be using. make a cute special box, and when you succeed buy yourself a NON-FOOD reward! small stuff at claire's or after thoughts (aka icing) is a perfect price range!&lt;/P&gt;
